Brid and Mike extend a warm welcome, ensuring your visit feels personalized from the outset. During my stay, I indulged in a seafood chowder that featured a delightful mix of freshly caught fish and shellfish. It was a treat to savor such authentic flavors while enjoying the restaurant's cozy ambiance. The steak I ordered was tender, complemented well by a flavorful pepper sauce that enhanced the dish without overpowering it. While I missed the breakfast featuring fresh fish the next day, my overall dining experience highlighted the hotel's commitment to culinary innovation. The Schooner is indeed a hidden gem worth exploring for fellow food enthusiasts amidst the breathtaking landscape of Canada.
